If you are looking for an art program that's like the Love child between Photoshop and SAI, this is it. This is the art program I am currently using and it is SUPER good. It has The Effects and Brushes, a thing where you can SEARCH for more brushes built in, Handy Tools, Good for both Lineart-heavy works And Painting-heavy works. Its just Good. Its all around good. It's is by far the best art program I've used in general, especially for its price.

    I'm going to agree with Uluri here, as I have CLIP as well. I may be the suckiest at digital lining, but ever since I learned I could import my traditional lines and color them--I am excited about using CLIP as well. So, I'm adding my sales pitch to this and confirming this is not a bot. :)

    It has amazing features if you're a digital artist, especially. I wish I had the skills to use more of them myself. And plenty of backgrounds for if you're feeling too lazy to use a background (or works well if you want to use them for clothing patterns!). It was initially "Manga Studio" combined with their digital art program and if you're a comic artist, there are screentone patterns galore and plenty of pre-made panel layout pages if you aren't good at putting panels together (these can help you try things out!). This program really has a lot to offer anyone who is interested in a variety of digital art thingies. :)
