Commision question? by Penlink

In your guys opion, Is it better to set up a commission sheet or just to journal/tweet/ text posts for them? I'm trying to see various options here, and which is the better path as this is still a new experience.

Fun fact, Weasyl has a cool feature here where you can embed your commission information right onto your profile. And another cool thing is that once you enter your information and indicate your open for commissions, users can find you in our Marketplace when they search for artist open for commissions.

I'll be sure to check out this feature, as it does sound helpful with commission stuff. Thank you for telling me this.

I personally prefer a commission sheet / form for when artists open up commissions. Usually it helps for when you're at work / school / etc and unable to get to sending a note right away.
I really do like the system that Lemoncore, Sonsasu, and Nazuu have for their commission openings. Their cyclical, pre-order and form-filled slots allow time to form a commission idea with others you might want to cooperate with, budget out the cost and be ready to pay long before the time to fork over the cash comes. Makes life so much easier :P

Hmm, I'll need to take a look into that, as it would be more helpful to potential clients.
