Is there an import tool for Weasyl that I can import what I've posted to other sites? I have like a dozen things I'd like to post but... really don't want to have to fill out ALL the info on them again.

Oops my lazy is showing.... :'D

    I know there are tools for allowing you to cross-post across multiple sites at once, but I don't know about one that migrates existing posts for you.

    Unfortunately, I don't think there's one. Like Arcoon mentioned, there are tools that allow you to mass and cross upload instead of uploading each image one at a time.
    If you were to go the route of mass-uploading for Weasyl, I'd recommend PostyBirb.
