I realized recently that I may have posted this entry, https://www.weasyl.com/journal/114119/important-story-announcement, at an inopportune moment, when most people were probably away on Christmas break.

Basically, I'm giving you the opportunity to have your fursona/oc featured in chapters 3-5 of "Our Human Masks" if you'll let me. It should be noted, however, that I will post this story on SoFurry and Furaffinity as well, which is basically the point of this entry. While I'm fairly confident that furaffinity is mostly an art website, SoFurry seems to have a cyber-dating component as well, though I'd have to read into it a little more.

So far, 3 people have accepted my offer. To those who have done so: I have every intention in protecting your privacy and therefore would never post anything that might lead to sexual harassment or other forms of unwarranted attention. However, I do intend to extend my reading audience as far as possible, so if at any point before I post Chapter 3 you decide that you want to retract permission, just let me know.

By default, I'll send you a draft of the scene(s) where your character appears. This is to be sure that I don't misrepresent them. If you'd rather me just write your character in without my asking for feedback (the amount of "screen time" they'll get will be proportional to how much I see in your gallery/journal posts and how much interest you show), again, just let me know.
