I'll post this announcement again after I post Our Human Masks, chapter 2, since few people are likely to read it so close to Christmas.

Attention all subscribers so far;

I intend to represent my early experience with the furry fandom in Chapters 3 - 5. Because my experience has been entirely online and a fellow fur suggested in a critique that I leave my bedroom a little more, my experience will take the form of a Narnia-style venture into an alternate dimension inhabited by preexisting furs. Therefore, I ask your permission to include a cameo of your fursona or one of your original characters.

If you don't respond, I'll take that as a no. For those of you who do respond, I will write your character based on what I see/read in your gallery and journal posts. If you'd like to send me some supplementary character references from other artists or websites, that would be helpful. A list of do's and don't do's are also welcome.

A word of caution: If you grant me permission and have no references to submit, I will use artistic license and make stuff up. I have every intention of representing your characters as fairly as possible, so I'll send you a draft of the story before I post it.

I'm basing this request off the fact that I currently only have six subscribers (I posted this entry on furaffinity, and only two people have responded). While some of you might have very close friends/partners/spouses with their own accounts, I'm asking specifically for your own online persona. If the general reaction from these chapters goes well, then I might include your friends. I operate based on individual permission, so they would need to come grant me permission before I even mentioned them.

That's not to say I won't include them, only that, by default, I shall write in the individuals who have subscribed to me and granted me permission.
