Now furry network is out of the closed beta, I wanted to know too what the fuzz is all about. ;)

    I gave the site a try, but it's really ugly and cumbersome, in my opinion. Lots of other people seem to like it, though. So I guess that's mostly me.

      Not just you, a lot of people have complaints about the weird layout. It's just there's a lot of hype around it because it's the New Furry Website™ and FA was having problems. Happens a lot...new site pops up, FA goes dead for some time, new site gets hyped.

        The layout reminds me of facebook and I think I have the same problems I once had with FB. But I will get used to it. Of course its just another hype (like weasyl was) but I think its not a bad idea to have gallerys on multiple sites if one is closing its door comopletely or has a very long downtime. In this way I can stay in contact with commissioners for example. :)

          I don't think Weasyl took any getting used to for me. The layout is pretty straight-forward and not really much different than the many other gallery sites I've used over the years. FurryNetwork's layout, on the other hand, is just...I don't know what's going on with it. It looks like they straight up copied Furrific's setup, but somehow it feels more cluttered. Like they're trying to fit as much on the screen as possible (so really, it's like they took Furrific's setup but made it worse). And I hate how they have buttons without words at the top there, like you're just supposed to magically know what the images mean.

          But yeah, it's a good idea to have multiple galleries. Though I keep in contact with clients via a dedicated email...
