Heyyyy so it's pretty obvious I sorta stopped updating this gallery around this time last year.... Mooostly due to never getting any commission interest EVER.
If this site becomes more active and stays that way for awhile in the wake of FA shitting its pants again, I will consider updating again. In the meantime, I'm still around! I still check this site every day for art n stuff, leave comments, and favorite things. :3

Echoing UndyingSong. If you keep things active over here, there is a possibility you'll gain some traffic. I'm not denying that this place is a ghost town, but to get anything out you have to put in. I try to fave and comment on stuff over here even if I'm following people other places, because it's at least some attention. It is hard sometimes, because having established galleries elsewhere is instant gratification, but you just gotta keep trying. ; u ; ♥

Yeah that's about how I feel, too. I mean, I rarely have stuff to upload, but it's super tedious to do the same thing on like 5 different sites. I just... really want FA to die or gut itself and rebuild fucking everything--UI, staff, code, ect. I'm just so tired of shit hitting the fan, having people just label it as drama, and nothing changing because people refuse to go anywhere else. It's a vicious cycle. Artists don't leave because they have to be where the clients are, but when they stay they just keep cementing their place and it makes it harder to move. I don't blame them (people gotta pay their bills) but it's bullshit that so many clients have this like... fierce loyalty to FA and are too stubborn to take 5 minutes out of their lives and make an account on a free website, and then check it once every couple of days for like 15 minutes. They act like they're being betrayed or something. It's insane. :/

Right now you gotta spread to ALL these sites to possibly get a commission or two because there's no replacement (and therefore a steady place for a userbase), and there will NEVER be one until FA just fucking dies. I had a good time there for several years, but it's time. It needs to go. It's just... rotting away now.
I really want to just be able to use WZL, tumblr, maybe FN, and twitter for certain things. That would be great.-
If nothing else, the staff needs to be completely replaced. Everyone. The leadership has proven time and time again that they aren't competent enough to handle a userbase this large, nor are they familiar enough with basic IT security measures in 2016 to be trusted to protect said userbase. Last time's data breach should've been more than enough for Neer to pass the torch along tbh, but WHATEVER I'M JUST PREACHING TO THE CHOIR I promise I'll stop lmfao.
