I wish I could. I don't have PayPal...so I couldn't answer your last question. I try to at least support the enjoying your art side if I can.

I really wish I knew what to do to help, but I know nothing I say can help the money side. Maybe you could refine the tiers (different styles or techniques or something) of what you offer...start a Patreon. I hope you can find the financial support and answers soon.....

Yeah patreon may work better? Basically to explain its definitely your art is wonderful but its very hard to get consistent commissions unless your work is super desirable to one specific niche of people. A good example is I have a friend that used to be rather deep in the MLP fandom and their work used to get craploads of attention. After they decided to kinda drop that because their health kinda went poopier only a small fraction of their MLP friends stayed with them and everyone else kinda fucked off. Now when they want money they can barely get any commissions. The same goes for me with Pokemon, I used to have to beat people off me because they wanted my art so bad when I was involved with Pokemon (especially when I used to do custom plush work) but when I got out of that due to just being totally burnt out by dealing with fanboys... yeah only maybe 3 people have shown a lot in commissioning me.

Actually on that note if you can sew one area that gets a lot of attention with making money is custom plush toys. People just enjoy tangible items a lot so they're more willing to throw money at it. Thing is such a product requires a decent start up investment (you need fabric and examples plushes for people) but its worth bringing up. Drawings are just something that people don't want as much unless it feeds their fandom fix.
