Alright, so I've been working on ideas for On Our Own since the year began, and, as a result of it, I'm going to need some extra voices. I've got a few parts I need assistance with:

COMPETITION ARC

Character: Stuart Short
Gender: Male
Age Range: Adult
Species: German Shepherd
Info: This is the (now-adult) friend that Wally had back when he was 16. The friend that Wally claims laughed at him when he was trying to sing a serious song during the last competition.
Line: "Wally, please... all I'm asking for you to do is hear me out. If you're still mad after that, I won't bother you anymore."

ADOPTION ARC

Character: Jolene Wildman
Gender: Female
Age Range: Adult
Species: Sheep
Info: Jolene is the main caretaker in the local orphanage. She's overworked, but friendly and caring. She wants to care even more than she already does, but she doesn't have the energy.
Line: "Oh, that's Nelson. He has... problems. He was abused at home. Now, he's very wary of adults."

Character: Willie Radcliffe
Gender: Male
Age Range: Adult
Species: Horse
Info: Willie is Jolene's aid in the orphanage, and usually helps in the kitchen. He's a hard worker, who does what needs to get done with no complaints.
Line: "When you have a classroom of kids, you better believe we have a dishwasher."

Character: Ingrid Peckensniff
Gender: Female
Age Range: Adult
Info: Ingrid is a rather vindictive inspector, hired to look over the living conditions of Nelson's potential home. She is a self-righteous busybody.
Line:
(To help understand the context of it, the line before it, spoken by Dipper is "I'm the only one who drinks it." referring to a beer that was found in the fridge during an inspection.)
"Oh, Are you going to help raise this impressionable young child?"

Character: Theo Toranova
Gender: Male
Age Range: Cub
Species: Tiger
Info: Theo is a six year old cub that is brought into the orphanage, who eventually becomes friends with Nelson. Has a soft voice. Slightly timid but still friendly.
Line: "I'm gonna miss him... He's the one who helped me when I got here last week."

I'm opening up auditions for these parts, and there may be more in the future. Auditions will be open for the next month or so, or until I feel that I have the voices I need.

A few things to note before before you put in the audition please.

• Make sure when you record your line (or lines, if you want to try for more than one) that you are in a QUIET room. I need to be able to hear you clearly, and not over chatter in the background.
• If given a part, you will be given many different scripts throughout the course of these arcs. Your voice isn't just being used for a single chapter. Please do not audition if you don't think you'll be able to make the time to do the recording.
• If you are trying for more than one part, please send each audition line as a SEPARATE track. This is so I can group together the auditions when I make my decision.
• Please make sure to turn up the volume on your mic when you record. If you send me the audition and the mic is turned down low, i have to really bump up the volume on my computer to hear you.
