Character Information

Chela is the only surviving daughter of a very military family. Her seventy-three siblings were culled down to four promising scorplings, among them Chela was chosen and named for her large pincers. Her parents wanted to have strong children to carry on the military tradition so her physical strength was often boasted about. Even among the chosen brothers, Chela showed physical prowess... But she didn't want that for herself. In fact, she disliked the idea of being recruited in the military or working physically laborious jobs so much that she found a job that would really make her parents angry.

She met Holly in school and decided she'd try out modelling after a brief discussion. And as it turns out, she really enjoyed the work. And, due to emperor scorpions being so rare in the lingerie and kink modelling community, she created a pretty huge name for herself. She took on the pseudonym "Arachne Aphrodite" for the stage, and was soon the most widely known model around the globe. She was beautiful for her species, too, which made her even more popular, and the fact that she wasn't afraid to model odd kinks gave her many fans.

Some fans were a little too exuberant, though, and she did acquire a few stalkers. During her pregnancy to her then husband, she modeled many times for a kink magazine for arthropods called 'Gravid' and one of the fans of the magazine became dangerously obsessed with her. She hired a private security company after regular law enforcement loopholes made the stalking incident dangerous for her family, and that is where she met Gabriela Rivera... Or at least, where Gabby learned to dislike her. Chela had insatiable cravings for wasabi covered grasshoppers and was spilling them all over Gabby's desk while she was hiring the private security firm she was working for at the moment. Chela was unaware of the fact, but it didn't stop Gabby from growing a small amount of disdain toward her.

When Chela gave birth, she had twenty-seven children. Her mate was killed in a vehicular crash shortly after, and Chela began to eat her scorplings from stress, leaving only three alive in the end. She would have ended up culling them anyway, so this provided a reason for her to do so. The three remaining scorplings are still within their juvenile molting phases.

Chela is currently the head designer for arthropoditaurian customers and continues to do freelance modelling.
