physical description
5' 6" light build humanoid male. Straight unkempt short blonde hair, blue eyes, darker skinned from the sun. On the more wirey side of thin than anything else. Left eye has a circular silver patch on it, much like a dog. It's unknown if it is a birthmark, scar or tattoo. Rarely seen without the threadbare brown trenchcoat on. He bathes regularly.

personality
Cial has a generally friendly and outgoing personality, but can be oblivious to the fact that he often comes off as a loud and clueless moocher. He rarely intends to get into trouble, but most of his "good ideas" are in fact bad ideas which result in trouble anyway. He is also often first to investigate a new situation, with all the precautionary tactics of a drunk elephant. Like most teenagers he's uncertain of many things, but doesn't take well to being spoken down to. He often feels that surviving as long as he has given his situation, no one has any right to tell him what he should or shouldn't do. He tends to seek approval from those older than himself, but the road to Hell is paved with good intentions...
