Okay this kinda works? But the flow isn't how I wanted it. The glowing should increase faster and decrease slower... but ah well. Anyway, this is a new character I'm working on. She's inspired by the 80's MLP, Twinkle-Eyed ponies (of which I have all of irl from my childhood and I adore), only she's massive, lives in space and keeps to her own little solar system where she keeps everything in balance. Powerful hypnotic/psychic abilities, telekinesis and mind control, though she mainly sticks to controlling things without an obvious consciousness. The idea of space itself is so entrancing, glowing distant lights, steady yet slow movements, eerie hums and the smell of hot metal...

She visited our galaxy once and was particularly entranced by circus/carnival themes and designed her entire bit of galaxy around the feeling of dreamlike awe they gave her. For those who inhabit her planets, she loves hypnotizing them (she can shrink down to being close to their size) and bringing them into dreams that convey that feeling since they may never experience it first-hand. They treat her as a mother rather than a god or whatever. No name ideas yet, not sure she needs one, really.

Her hair is made of a jelly-like substance that's actually a thick kind-of gas? I haven't quite decided on that yet. Will write more about her in the character sheet I'm working on :3
