Samuel is my roommates character and she challenged me to draw him myself. Challenge accepted.

He is a Mawile/Hydreigon Hybrid but has added features from many ghost types because reasons. I had the fun thought and concept of making the Mawile 'Horn' become even more disturbing by having it actually be sprouting from a Brain Stem like fleshy thing and just yeah. I love horribly disturbing creatures and characters~
