Regular ol' frozen pizza can be an amazing meal if you're willing to experiment with some sufficiently unusual toppings. This was a generic cheese pizza until we added artichoke hearts, pickled eggplant, crumbled feta, and slices of smoked tofu, topped with a liberal sriracha sauce drizzle. This particular combination of flavours and textures is unlike anything else I've eaten. The tofu in particular works better than you might expect, as its smokey exterior imparts ham-like notes while its body readily soaks up the cheese oil and ambient spiciness.
