Yea it helps a bit. Feels nice to let at least a little bit out instead of letting it keep on recycling in the same way, always internalized.

I can dig it, but instead of melting, mine typically involved wanting to cry and/or vomit. Hopefully this was soothing for you to work on, and you're at least feeling a teeny bit better.
