The orange cat that had called itself Nanaki had come across a mysterious gold tiara with a purple stone embedded in it. He had tapped it with the idea that he might sell it for some food. However, as with everything Lauren's body had touched within the past few months, it too was cursed.

Lauren felt her body change form once more, her gender shifting back to female. She was relieved at least to be a lady again, being male was rather awkward for her. Once or twice she thought Nanaki might seek out a mate, but the idea did not stick in his mind for long.

Her tail and mane became gorgeously flowing long multicolored hair, and were it not for the wings and horn sticking out of her head, she might've felt almost herself again. Her paws had become hooves, covered in decorated horse shoes. Her chest wore a gold collar around it, with the cursed crown resting atop her head. The last thing she noticed was a saddle on her back.

The trike was thrilled. "Yay, a unicorn!"

"An ALICORN," the water phoenix corrected.

"Right gender, right genus, wrong species," Lauren lamented.

Nanaki touched the new consciousness in her mind. "I'll show you to your part of the brain."

The werewolf pleaded to the new arrival. "Please, for the love of Equestria, don't touch anything else!"

Celestia's mind took stock of the new body she now possessed. "H-How did I get here? Where am I?"

Lauren touched the princess's mind with hers. "Long story. Let's just say this is my mind and body, and we're all sort of sharing."

"I see," said Celestia.
