After several long months as a passenger in her own body, Lauren finally felt control returning to her as the princess of Equestria reasons with the other beings on her behalf. She had been humanoid and feral, male and female, her body changing at the whim of the being that chose to possess her at the time. She'd been forced to do as they wished and now it felt almost strange to control her own form again.

"Okay, you've all had your fun... Come now, let's leave her in peace..." Celestia pleaded gently with the other beings.

"Thank you, Celestia," Lauren said.

The trike complained first. "Awww, do we HAVE to?"

"Very well, I was growing bored in here..."

The feline growled. "But... I've done nothing wrong!" Lauren didn't mention how she thought taking over her body without permission was rather impolite, but she thought Celestia was making more headway than she had.

The werewolf mentally frowned. "Pity... I was looking forward to howling at the full moon again."

Lauren felt her body returning to its original state, her stripes and original clothing reappearing on her female form. Celestia's horseshoes and crown remained as she removed the decoration, her alicorn horn disappearing into her hair. She felt the magic changing her back to her true self.

While the process took hold, she sensed another sensation. Sadness. The beings within her had grown accustomed to her body, and though none of them would admit it, they liked her. Her presence in the shared mind had been one that kept them all together and harmonious, and they would miss her. She almost felt each one hug her in an ethereal embrace.

Lauren sighed. "I KNOW I'm going to REGRET this... Very well, you can STAY. But I'm in charge, got that?"

"YAAAY!!!"

"Excellent!"

"Much obliged!"

"Thank you!"

Lauren sighed. At least she'd never be lonely. She felt Princess Celestia's comforting presence as she held the crown in her hands...
