hey y'all!!

ok, so i've done a buncha research and crunched the numbers and scanned ebay and have settled on a 2-in-1 tablet/laptop i want!

i'm using a laptop from 2012 and a tablet from 2004 and while, sure, they're getting me by, i'd really like to upgrade! i'd also like to have specifically a tablet display so i can take the thing with me when i go places or even just move to somewhere in my house that isn't my desk, instead of having to lug around a laptop and a tablet and have to find space to set it up and all that.

here's the deal: anyone backing my patreon, anyone who donates to my ko-fi, and anyone who commissions me before september 16 gets a single-character full-body flat-color (a $25 value!) drawing on the new tablet!!

why $1400? the laptop's available for less than that right now, but i don't know if it'll be available for those low prices by the time i raise that much money, so i'm being a bit cautious with the amount—if i hit enough to buy it before i hit $1400, i'll go ahead and buy it and consider the fundraiser a success!

what if i don't raise enough to the tablet, you might ask? i'll still do a flat-color bust for anyone who helped and be pretty bummed out but i guess figure out where to go from there!

and if i raise more than that amount? any excess will go to other stuff i need money for, such as getting my car fixed (needs about $3000 of work), buying a proper desk chair, and general life expenses—if i've hit the limit early, it doesn't mean "that's it, too late, sorry," but rather "wow this is awesome??? wow!!!"
