Finished illustration for author Christa Kinde! (http://christakinde.wordpress.com) This is a scene out of her book "The Blue Door", in which our young heroine, Prissie, finds herself plummeting from the hay loft after chasing a stray chicken. Thankfully we have her guardian angel Tamaes lying in wait to catch her.

This one was a bit of a challenge! I took a lot of reference photos to help me with the perspective, but the hardest parts were the ones I couldn't get exact reference for. I'm still pretty pleased with the outcome though.
