The very beginning of one's life was an incredible time, not only for one's body as it rapidly developed, but for the mind too as it came to terms with exploring the world it had never seen prior to birth. It was such a mysterious place, and everything, especially her toys, was ripe for the plucking. Peggy knew this all too well, for every time her paws and tail had touched something, every time she'd heard a sound, every time she'd seen something around her, her senses were evoked and she just had to find out what it was, even if sometimes it meant she hurt herself or accidentally damaged something.

But nothing could complete it quite like her mother and father, who were always there for her no matter what. And she couldn't deny it - she never got tired of their hugs, their kisses, the melodies of their voices, and their words. She couldn't make out very many words as yet, but it didn't matter right now - their warmth was more than enough to assure her that she was in safe paws. She hadn't needed to cry to get their attention this time, for she'd found there was something else she could do instead, but which resulted in her needing not only frequent nappy changes, but clothing changes too - she'd learned she could spray. While this habit had displeased her mother at first, with her father thinking it was funny, they soon realized why. And this hadn't stopped them from cradling her after her most recent bottle feeding. While her future promised great things, in the present, she couldn't ask for more than them. There was nothing quite like the bond between a cub and their parents.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, this is the next step in Sharp and Mikhail's life - the first time you get to see their baby daughter Peggy. Although this piece took time, it was well worth the wait, and as with the previous image Ryuuza made, I couldn't be more pleased with it! You're a brilliant artist, Ms Barresi. ^^
