With a bit of concentration, Taiga is able to get closer to the target. But even if he's doing better now, he needs to work on his consistency as well. Once he does that, perhaps he'll look to some villages nearby. That said, other Yondards have little knowledge of Black Maw, so it's takeover seemed to have made very little news once he left the ocean. That said, not many aquatic Yondards travel on land, and vice versa. It took him some time just to get used to walking on land, without his body supported by water.

Would he receive any aid? Would his training give him enough skill to maybe take out Zumina? He mentally repeats to himself that he's at least willing to die in an attempt, although he has yet fully committed to it. But he has little else outside of his home, and who knows how many of the others survived.

It's all so frustrating, trying so hard to face a wall he was near certain he couldn't bust through.
