Long, long ago in highschool I once did that, girl was cutting onions so slowly and crying so hard because of it she couldnt see. Told her to give me the knife and got it done in a few seconds and stunned everyone, until that point no one knew I was a self taught cook and could slice, dice, julienne, etc like a chef.
