Character I created from the dragon head design I bought off Delusionalpuffball on deviantART, I just designed the rest of his body. He’s named Gorwel (which means horizon) and he’s a Dramerak serpent from one of my stories.

Tried out a different technique for this: Watercolour wash over the inked lineart (waterproof fineline pens) for background, then coloured with Polychromo pencils, and then used a blending pencil. I like that the watercolour showing from beneath the coloured pencils, gives the slight rippling and shifting light effect of being under-water
