I traded for this dragon/egg from Aarok on deviantART.
He's called Tân-Oíche (which means 'Night Blaze' and is roughly based off Welsh). He's a young dragon, a Shadow Chaos dragon, that survived an attack whilst at study with other chaos dragons. He was rescued by the Ascended Dragons, and subsequently adopted by them. His horns/claws, purple quills, and the edges of his wing membrane have a slight bioluminescence.

Tried out a different technique for this: Watercolour wash over the inked lineart (waterproof fineline pens) for background, then a base of Polychromo pencils, I used markers over the pencils, and then added touches with a soft white pencil and metallic gel pens.
