i know my anatomy on humans is horrible, but when you watch too much Naruto this is what happens :P
anyways the human is Tsume Inuzuka, the Jinchuuriki of Akuma, the 13 tailed wolf. The pup you see with him is Sukāji.
for those who haven't heard of Naruto the anime, the Inuzuka clan is full of dog specialist ninja whos lives are almost dependent on their dogs. also they have distinctive red fangs on their cheeks.
Sukāji: Scourge in Japanese
Tsume: Claw in Japanese
Akuma: Devil in Japanese

Don't sweat it, girl. My anatomy in my artwork used to look very much like yours a couple years ago. But over time, it eventually improved. And I know that if you keep drawing, you will definitely improve as well.
If you want to improve on anatomy, try looking online for anatomy related tutorials. And make sure you start off easy, and find one you can easily understand. Some are actually pretty helpful. And just keep practicing. Last year I would draw basically every day, whether it be a small doodle or a full on work of art. Art is an experience that should be enjoyed. And if you enjoy yourself when creating things, then keep creating to your will.
Also, it's totally fine if you want to draw anime. Of course it is recommended that you take more realistic art lessons before moving to a more stylized style. For example, I draw in an artstyle that is more or less similar to anime. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you find that style more appealing to draw, than go right ahead and color your world brightly with pride.
