Hey there. If you didn't see my last story Trump Card, then you might be wondering what this is. I'm doing literary challenge journals, in which i have to write a story in a day using a randomly decided genre, and other things that make things interesting. This here is the result of my second challenge.
I have to say I'm happy with how it turned out.

These stories are meant to be writing exercises. As such, they tend to be shorter than what I usually write, and I'm less invested in the characters or narrative. That doesn't mean i don't try, but I know it isn't perfect, and you will not hurt my feelings by telling me they aren't.
