I always struggle with when I should set something as mature or not. But I think I finally figured out a good system for me. If I make something bloody that is supposed to make you a little freaked out for them, then its set as mature. If its got some blood but its supposed to be funny or its a really silly situation, then its not mature to me. This one falls under the former category.
