With the continuing march of technology, we simply cannot know what war will be like in the future, though we can speculate. It may look the same, just in new theatres and scope, or may be something completely foreign to us. Battles may take from the land and sea, to the air, and to space beyond. Clearly such high ground could be advantageous to fights still on the ground below.
(This series is now concluded, after eight pieces and quite a bit of time, both in the timeline and reality!)

I like the odst armor, I wish they do another game about the odst. I like how from halo 2 to halo reach the odst armor kept looking better. Shame we didn't see them in halo 4 and 5. Friends say all the odst are being put into unsc but I highly doubt it as not everyone can become Spartan. I think they be strict on who enters so I still think they still have odst in ranks. Much like modern militwry has several different special units.
