The Artist's Notes:

This is called "The Ruins"
It started out as an brainstorm about a wolf being surrounded by fire, inspired by, "Doom Days" by Bastille.

And then when I was drawing the rocks that where burning I was suddenly more inspired by my time in Cornwall, UK. And Stonehedge and all the castles I have seen, visited.
And this is what came out of it.

I cant decide if I want to add a background or not, I feel like it might ruin it. Its something I have to consider. ~

I worked countless days on this. And I am so proud of it. I love how the marker and the pencil mix so perfectly together, and this may be one of the ones I hang on my wall. 🙂

I know her back legs are a bit wonky and the coloring isnt perfect, but I am learning and I am so proud of how far I've come already ~

I am so happy right now.
