Thank you! It's been a while, but I think I just used my watercolor pencils straight up! Dipped them in water and use it that way to get the grittier texture :3

It’s definitely a standout effect! I was trying to figure out if it was a metallic or glitter ink—I had a rose-colored glitter ink once, but it tended to leave more like metallic streaks in a red color! XD
