Here is the second of the six known Noble sisters now entering the wild and care-free of Neia. As you can already see she is the gaswolf of pure Neon gas and what she does love about being like that, is with the help of additional gasses and her handy electric wands, she can become her own light at the parties. Neia is also the second gaswolf next to Heliua that is capable of flight. Known ability is luminosity depending on amount of electricity that flows through her.

That means she can either make herself as bright as a dim bulb to staring at the sun bright.

On a technical note, this is my first attempt to color stuff that goes over another object to make it at least believable.
