Magic and Technology don't always go hand in hand in certain worlds and for Evelynn she's learning that the hard way on one particular mission to an archaic and uninitiated world. Why would she be there in the first place? Because it has something to deal with a fugitive hiding as a "false god" who gained a magical power of an avatar god of war now running rampant across the land. Evelynn does her best to stop it but it wasn't enough.

One of the natives tells Evelynn that the only way to defeat the god is with the sword that brought down the war god in the first place. It endows those who are worthy with incredible size and strength to defeat the beast that now inhabits the fugitive. The problem is that the magic in the sword conflicts with her body's hypernites and is making her body swell up with power. Knowing that what the native tells her that it's the only way, Evelynn needs to work fast to defeat the god while the sword is slowly blowing her body up like a meat balloon.

Flying through the size at nearly four times her mass, far more than what her hulk mode can allow, she fights the god with all the bloated strength she can muster. Knowing at this point she can barely move to effectively use the sword but she does have one thing in mind. She grabs the god and puts it in a bear hug, she summons the full power of the sword to infuse its power into her and she blows up crushing the god into a mass of light along with herself and the both explode.

In the depths of the crater the two masses left behind, the god is long gone leaving behind the fugitive dizzy from the experience but before he can make his get away, he gets punched down by a naked and peeved Evelynn back to her regular size and the the sword charred to dust having all of its power exhausted. Never before Evelynn had that kind of power flowed ino her body before and hopefully that would never happen again. But now she has to explain how for the first time her uniform got destroyed and how she nearly survived exploding... again.
