It seems that wherever you are in Costa Rica, when the sun goes down, you will easily find massive Marine Toads gathered around the lighting near swimming pools, outdoor water decorations, and presumably also natural bodies of water too. The toad’s call is similar to that of the American Toad, and you can indeed spoof their transmissions.
