This song plays in the hilariously named town of Fiesta Constante (seriously) in New Tykondrus. Situated on the coast of the last living ocean on its side of the world of Elancia, Fiesta's warm, pleasant temperatures and clear waters have always drawn tourists from the world around. Many inns popped up, only to eventually become full service resorts. Although steam power has come to Fiesta, it is not devoted to factories here, but instead, forms of amusement. Stage shows, good food, gambling, it may actually be the least boring place on the planet!
