This tune plays in Windfall, Capital of Pratz to the west of Kerlynzia. The capital itself is nestled at the feet of enormous mountains, and the climate there is so cold that it snows all the time -- even during summer.

What was interesting in writing this particular theme is that I was writing for an emotional state, rather than the place itself. While the tune is regal and grand, yet calm and peaceful to properly convey the feeling of being in a snow-coated capital, it mostly has to do with the feelings of the characters, and the love they share. By the point the player visits Windfall, the characters have all had plenty of time to actually (sort of) manage to get along, after all. For one in particular, the events in Windfall are special and life-changing.

Pratz is a queendom, whose castle only allows women inside. Even outside the castle's walls, the city is mostly guarded by women. The city is large, mostly wooden, and filled with buildings painted in festive colors. Pratz is often regarded as a tough-talking no-nonsense country full of hardy folk who live in its deserts and badlands, but the capital is a rather cheery place.
