Over the course of many, many months, Purplewolf and I made many, many repeat trips to the DMV to get his motorcycles papers sorted. It was very boring. For some odd reason, every time we went, this very upbeat, poppy 90s, Sonic-esque tune would rattle around in my head and refused to leave.
I never recorded it , because I felt it was very derivative, but eh. What the hell, why not.
