One of the rare occasions I did commissions spawned this, written for my dear friend Focke, whose character Arrow, and a nation of his creation (rhyming!) both actually make an appearance in Elancia Chronicles!
The song shifts between incredibly light-hearted screw-around-ness and yearning (with a hint of crushing depression.) I'd been RPing with Focke around the time when I wrote this, and knew the character quite well. I honestly miss that character and story, in which Arrow traveled with a much older Verse (shush, she's only 49!) in search of adventure, romance (???) and money!
