This is the main/flagship battle theme that will play in the eventual game. While there are several themes that can play in skirmishes, this one is the only one that can consistently play from the very beginning of the game, to the very end in the random rotation. Others switch out dependent on season.

Skirmishes can only occur in dungeons. While enemies normally assault the player in smaller numbers, and the player only engages in combat with one character (the lead character - combat is seemless on the side scrolling maps), skirmishes take place on big flat areas with multiple enemies, and involve three active party members. As with all combat, skirmish combat is real time. Bosses are also handled in skirmish mode.

I wrote this song when I was very young, and re-arranged it to suck less. It sounds very, very different from most of the rest of the soundtrack, but I kind of enjoy that about this tune. I added the fade out on the end, as the song is intended to loop, so it isn't perfect.
