This guy is one of the first "Cat Light" pendants that I cast and painted! The original idea came from strange experiences in my childhood home involving orbs of light and cats, (hence the name "cat lights"). The idea has led to other animal light pendant ideas since then, but I thought it would be neat to post one of my favorite ways to paint these guys - with tabby markings!

While these pendants are fairly small - only about 1.5 inches- they double as full, in the round sculptures that make great decoration. The cat was originally sculpted in super sculpey, then cast in urethane resin and hand painted with acrylic.
