So this is a little bit of back story as to why Rodor wears a collar as a bracelet the scene is based on argument my mom and I had because I didn't want to ware a tie for my aunts wedding (she won). How this translates to a collar for a bracelet is well after all the fuss he didn't mind the collar but to stubborn to admit he was wrong and well you get the picture.
