I have a few microcontrollers laying around, what sensor for pressure are you going to use?
In your diagram it looks like a differential sensor comparing to ambiant?

  Eh, this is a really old diagram. I use a different one now that's just a fixed vacuum sensor. Works much easier than the one represented here.
