[Poem] 'Donec a Dei' by Vosyl

[Poem] 'Donec a Dei'

Look to the Skies
And tell me what you see?
If It's a Monkey, Man or his Money
Tell me all your lies,
And let them be our key.
This isn't a myth of Progress
We're stuck like pigs, figs set in rigs
We heading for the sounds of industrial Process
Once we bleed, heavens begins to die
Letting our silver lined black hearts asking why.

Screws twisted tight on metal gears
Our Flesh turns, sears and cracks
Set in motion without any emotion.
And after so many years
The time flies so slow, low like the doe
The Speed of Fate, luring towards us.
Opening the gates, and selling our caution
We're hit like iron brittle, turning to rust.
We're as sober as worm at the bottom casket,
Sharp like Hammer, Blunt like Axe.

It creaks, it whirls
Engines pounding, drilling closer
Tears like Tar, Mind like Mercury.
The world unfurls,
As city bricks crumble, numbered in ol'dossiers
Systems turning off all the lights.
Good Will of Thallium, Toxic like Bread
We always dine a'plenty, on bile and spite.
look to the hearth as it burrows in the earth,
The core of creation and it's urge for destruction.

The God Machine has a Plan,
Arterial Tendrils sinking in.
Used for ends, used for means.
Minds undone, future unfold.
We stare with one eye, in unity.
