This was originally a sketch for a cover for my comic 'Comic Journal' and I ended up going the digital route to color it. Normally I've been doing traditional work but I have been trying out using digital tools for my recent works. I think it is making the work look more clean and easier to read by reducing errors that came about using my other traditional process. As far as what is going on in the cover I had Vivid standing near a bus stop I used to wait at often during my time at college. I figured I should have something that represented what I was doing when I first started making the comic some years ago. Vivid is also carrying a backpack easel and a drafting suitcase which I liked to use quite often and still do.
