My cousin and I just finished this game a couple of days ago, and I felt like doing some fan art of it.
If there is one thing I liked most about the game was the stencil art the character does and the beautiful lighting the developers did in it.

This was inspired from one night when we were playing, the character was on top of a building and the sun was just coming up. I'm a sucker for views like that.

The buildings were a headache for me for some reason (I'm rocky with perspective). The sky was as well (used a cloud brush here and there). I really wanted to show the lighting as wonderfully as the game showed and I SUCK with lighting and shadowing. But, after a few ref photos of cities and sunsets it helped out A LOT!
The smoke on his hands were from a brush pack. I did the embers (I was so picky with them). I was gonna put some helicopters of the enemy in it, but then decided not to thinking it wold clog up the pic. Plus I wanted it to be a subtle picture of the character just injuring the calm before the storm.

Overall, I'm satisfied. I should do more city pics. I love how a city looks at night with rain. XD
