Found a photo I took of a fountain on my trip to Heritage Park a couple of years back. Decided to practice my wet feathers so I add a couple of birds in there. The feathers weren't as hard as I thought. Probably because I wasn't trying so hard. I gotta learn to relax and be loose more often. I seem to do better when I do.
Used a squarish brush for the most of it. It worked surprisingly well for the water. 0.0 Gotta use this brush more often.

Thank you! To be honest I don't have much experience in painting feathers to give you any great advice. But looking at photos of real birds and studying them really helped me with this.
