Well, if you must reuse poses, at least the ones you've used already are cool +u+ Try sitting down and drawing a bunch of stick figures in ridiculous poses, then matching them to characters as needed?

Or alternatively: among some of my friends, the go-to suggestion for having no pose ideas is to draw the character holding/interacting with two cakes. Just two entire cakes. Secondary goal: make it as entertaining as possible.
