Lily is a shallow-water predatory seadragon. She likes it simple and has a laid-back approach to life. She is a loving and caring ness and loves being homey and housey, and prefer comfort over grandeur. However she has some mild tendencies to vanity and does put in a lot of time to make herself look good. She prefers staying close to beaches or remain in shallow waters where her colour pattern works in her favour.

Feral:
Full length: 12 m (40 ft)

Anthro:
Length: 180 cm (5' 10")
Weight: 60 kg (132 lbs)

Reflective eyes: curved crystal cells lets her eyes catch and angle light to enhance her vision. If shone upon they will sparkle and glow with radiance.
Bioelectrogenesis: Much like a electric eel, Lily can produce a powerful current for a brief period of time, to stun (and sometimes kill) prey or enemies. A powerful discharge can lead to actual flash archs leaving her body.
Triangular teeth: Much like a shark, Lily's teeth are strong and triangular in shape, for ripping and sawing through prey with speed.
Thumb claws: The location gives her the ability to grip but also use it as a tool to tear through hide, much like that of a velociraptor.
Sensitive frills: Her large frills are hypersensitive to bioelectricity, and she can feel the electric impulses of other living creatures even at distance. They are also a useful navigational tool that can pick up on the earths magnetism.
Large tailfin: While using her leg and back fins to steer and balance, the large tailfin propels her forward rapidly with little effort.
Underwater breathing: Lily has a integrated breathing system where she pulls water in through her nose and maw, blowing it out her earholes. However the system is inefficient in deep waters that lack oxygen, and she might need to resurface to breathe properly.
