ohhhh man this is so pretty i love the linework in this
copics are the best. i'm slowly transitioning from promarkers to them but they're hella expensive holy heck

      wahh gosh thanks

OOF YEA i used to use prismacolors and promarkers. but dang if copics aint the finest thing

    smooches the flower momma
man, despite how rarely you use ;em, you're really good with markers. Love the little flecks of white on top too, that white gel pen, white out, or paint?

ahhh thank you hahha. its kinda fun doing trad stuff bc its sorta like riding a bike for me

for highlights i use gel pens!

Such great technique! I'm really not familiar with these markers but it looks like water color almost to me (which is cool). :3

ye theyre alcohol based pigments so theyre reeeal smooth

      • Link

Oh wow didn't even know that alcohol based pigments were a thing! Guess that's what I get for not making time for an art class since middle school haha. Do you use them rarely because something in the process is frustrating or time consuming or do you just not prefer it?

        • Link

yep! i know copics and prismacolor are both alcohol based, but copics are higher quality(ive used both tho so i guess my bias isnt unfounded)

i use them rarely mostly bc i tend to use digital media since i can cheat and pretend im not colorblind with digital art hhah

          • Link

Ah cool! And that reason makes sense, although I wonder if being colorblind could result in some really cool pieces of art! :)

    looks pretty cool tho!
