Nice job with the outfit. Winged characters in general can be hard to design clothing for but Bats are a particular challenge due to the armwings. Is there a name for the cloth on his shoulders, a mantle, shawl, stole, cape?

  Thanks! Yeah, it is a tricky thing. I've been wrestling with it for as long as I've had this character. I usually call the top a mantle.
