A Letter arrived in the Kingdom late in the Evening.

"Dear King Cerulean, I am King Juan of the Region of Scratch,
I would wish for our two kingdoms to form an Alliance,
So our two kingdoms may be peaceful and prosperous."
~King Juan

King Cerulean sits in his dimly lit study late at night with his quill.
Upon the parchment he has readied he writes:

“To King Juan of the Region of Scratch,
Our Kingdom would be grateful to have our two Kingdoms
on such good terms. I am sure our two Kingdoms will benefit greatly
from one another, and I look forward to the Future”

The King then puts the Letter in an envelope and seals it with the Eevee Crest
to have sent to the Region of Scratch in the Morning.
